Duplicate Plaque for Victorian Goldfields
As previously reported, our group’s primary objective to install our memorial in Nieder-Weisel was achieved in October, 2010. And now for stage two! The casting of a duplicate memorial for installation somewhere in the Ballarat area is underway - the location and the completion date has yet to be determined.
We have surplus funds to cover some of this cost but please note that we still need some additional financial support to cover transport, erection, dedication and related costs in Ballarat – approx $2,500. This will certainly help to enable a second memorial to mark the destination of a most remarkablegroup of pioneer immigrants to the Victorian Goldfields.
DVD of Dedication Ceremony in Germany
 A DVD of the dedication ceremony that took place on 3rd October 2010 has been produced. We have received requests for 30 DVDs. These have been made and posted to pre-paid applicants. Additional copies are available on request for the sum of $12 (including Australian postage).
